Upon arrival, the welcoming atmosphere was evident, with staff, particularly Dylan, ensuring a smooth check-in and assisting with luggage. The room was cosy with efficient heating, an essential feature for a chilly evening in London. I found the monsoon shower invigorating, providing a welcome refresh after a day of travel. The hotel offers good value for the price, with larger-than-expected accommodations that are well-appointed and clean. For those navigating the balance between luxury and budget, this hotel provides a compelling option in a convenient setting.
